Cairo is the largest city in the Arab world and also one of the most interesting and dynamic ones. With a history and heritage going back to one of the pivotal civilisations in the world, the Egyptian Civilisation, Cairo is the hub of culture and politics not just for Egypt but for the region as a whole. Cairo is the capital of Egypt and built on the banks of the river Nile in an area which has witnessed the rise and fall of many civilisations through the centuries. This has resulted in the integration of ancient, medieval, and modern traits into all aspects of life here. This makes Cairo a unique place to experience. The main attractions in Cairo are primarily the various historical landmarks that dot the area from ancient to more recent times. Perhaps the most famous of all the monuments and landmarks are the Pyramids of Giza located within the city limits in Cairo. There are multiple museums within the city, with the Museum of Cairo being the largest of them displaying artefacts belonging to the ancient Egyptian civilisation. There are also other attractions such as palaces, historical mosques, mausoleums, citadels and much more and Cairo is also known for its nightlife and various cafes.

Day 1 - Arrival in Cairo
Arrival at Cairo International Airport, greeted by TravelOcat representative who will assist the group through immigration and customs formalities.
- Transfer by our deluxe coach to your hotel in Cairo for check-in.
- Evening optional tour (Sound and Light show).
- Overnight.
Day 2 - Cairo - Aswan by Sleeper Train
Check-out after breakfast.
- At 08:00 am Full day visit of the Great Pyramids of Giza, Sphinx, papyrus fair, perfume factory and cotton shop.
- Continue visits of the Egyptian Museum and Khan El Khalili Bazaar.
- After visits free time (own arrangement), till transfer to Cairo station to board the sleeper train to Aswan.
- Dinner and overnight on board.
Train departs Cairo at 20:00. and arrives Aswan at 08:15. (next day)
Day 3 - Aswan - Nile Cruise
Arrival at Aswan station, greeted by Travco representative.
- Visit the Philae Temple, High Dam and unfinished Obelisque.
- After visits transfer to your Nile cruise for check-in.
- Overnight in Aswan.
Departs (Every Friday, or Wednesday)
Day 4 - Tour to Abu Simbel
Early morning with breakfast box, at fixed convoy time at 04:00 am, transfer by A/C vehicle to Abu Simbel.
- Visits Temple of Abu Simbel.
- At around 13:00 Sail to Kom Ombo, visit Kom Ombo Temple.
- Sail to Edfu and overnight.
Day 5 - Day at Leisure on Cruise
Visit Edfu Temple.Sail to Luxor.
Day 6 - Luxor - Cairo by Sleeper Train
Check-out after breakfast.
- A.M. Visit Valley of Kings, Queen Hatchepsut Temple and Colossi of Memnon.
- P.M. Visit Karnak Temple, and Luxor Temple.
- Evening transfer to Luxor station to board the sleeper train to Cairo.
- Dinner and overnight on board.
Train departs Luxor at 21:30. and arrives Cairo at 6:45 a.m. (next day)
Day 7 - Cairo
Arrival Cairo station, greeted by our representative and transfer to your hotel.
- Rest of day at leisure (own management) or optional tour to Alexandria.
- Overnight at hotel.
Day 8 - Cairo - India
Check-out after breakfast, transfer to Cairo International Airport for final departure.
